Shower Steamer Combo

This package includes one each of Rise and Shine, Sinus Buster and Sleepy Time.  Steamers are individually wrapped to preserve each special combination of essenetial oils and menthol. 

Rise and Shine's essential oils of Lemongrass and Sweet Orange combine with menthol crystals make for an energizing shower! Lemongrass has been used in aromatherapy to help promote a positive outlook, heighten awareness and to eliminates mental fatigue and nervousness.  Sweet Orange is a cheerful and uplifting oil while at the same time is relaxing and calming...a wonderful stress reducer.  Menthol crystals relieve nasal congestion, soothe sore throats, coughs, headaches and stabilize the emotions.  This little steamer packs a punch of cheerfulness!

Sinus Buster's Peppermint and Eucalyptus essential oils combined with menthol crystals will blast open clogged sinuses within minutes.  Are you fighting allergies, a cold or just morning congestion?  Eucalyptus oil may safely fight viruses and respiratory issues.  Peppermint oil is used as a natural decongestant and fever reducer and to improve mental function.  Menthol crystals relieve nasal congestion, soothe sore throats, coughs, headaches and stabilize the emotions.  

Sleepy Time's essential oils of lavender and ylang ylang make for a relaxing shower any time of day. Lavender has been used  in aromatherapy since ancient times to treat stress, insomnia, anxiety and depression.  Frankincense is utilized as an antidepressant, sedative and nervine (calm frayed nerves).  I can also assist in soothing bronchitis and breathing issues. Lemon lifts the spirits and sues the soul.

Place a steamer in the shower basin or tub where water can rinse over the top of the steamer causing it to release the power of essential oils into the steam.  Steamers  last 1 to 2 showers depending on the amount of water they are exposed to.
